Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper Slabs from California
Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper slabs have many fractures as is typical of this material and therefore will need stabilization and/or gap-filling glue in order to be cut. These slabs are not recommended for beginner cutters. Jasper is an opaque, microcrystalline form of quartz. As with any microcrystalline quartz, it is hard and takes an excellent polish with cerium or tin oxide.
