If you are unsatisfied with any mineral, rough or cut stone, we will be happy to send you a credit or refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days from the time we shipped it. We do not refund shipping cost in either direction. Please notify us by email or phone of what you are sending back to us and why it is being sent back. We do not accept the return of items that have been altered in any way, including partial parcels. Although we have rarely done this, we reserve the right to charge a restock fee for returned items when we deem the return as unreasonable.
We do not accept returns on equipment. If you have a problem with any equpment purchased from us, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item at no charge during the warranty period. Warranties do not cover the cost of shipping the item to the manufacturer for repair. Please note: we do not guarantee that disposable batteries included in any product we sell are good. Rechargeable batteries are the only batteries covered by any manufacturer’s warranty.
