Terms of Sale
Minimum Order Our minimum order is $15.00. If your merchandise total is less than $15.00, you will be charged $15.00.
Methods of Payment Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge and debit cards for all domestic and international orders.
Checks or Money Orders: We accept business and personal checks from domestic customers only for orders not exceeding $150.00. Domestic orders exceeding $150.00 require payment with a money order or cashier’s check. International orders require payment with an international money order payable in US dollars.
Wire Transfers: We accept payment by wire transfer for international orders exceeding $250.00. Restrictions apply – contact us for further information.
Purchase Orders: We do not accept purchase orders.
Our Return Policy If you are unsatisfied with any mineral, rough or cut stone, we will be happy to refund its purchase price provided the item is returned to us within 14 days from the time we shipped it. We do not refund small order handling fees or shipping costs in either direction. Please notify us by email or phone regarding what you are returning and why. We do not accept the return of items that have been altered in any way, including partial parcels. Although we have rarely done so, we reserve the right to charge a restock fee for returned items if we deem the return as unreasonable.
We do not warranty or accept returns on equipment. If you have a problem with any equpment purchased from us, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item at no charge during the manufacturer’s warranty period. Most manufacturer’s warranties do not cover the cost of shipping the item to the manufacturer for repair. We do not guarantee that batteries included in any product we sell are serviceable. Rechargeable batteries may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Shipping Charges and Options Shipping charges depend on the weight, value, size and destination of your package. Therefore we can’t have a one-size-fits-all shipping charge. We normally ship each order using the most economic service for the customer. Please be sure to inform us if you require expedited shipping such as Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
The minimum domestic shipping cost for boxes with a value of $100 or less and weighing less than one pound is $8.20.
For domestic orders, most small and inexpensive items are usually shipped via Priority Mail. Heavier and expensive items are often shipped via UPS Ground service. Very large and heavy items, such as slab saws are shipped via a freight company.
International orders are usually shipped via Global Express Mail, except for smaller, inexpensive items which can be shipped most economically via International First Class Mail. Some moderately priced items and heavier items may be shipped via Global Priority Mail.
Shipping cabbing and carving rough outside the US is expensive. Depending on the price per pound of the rough, international shipping can cost from half to the full cost of the rough.
All shipping charges automatically calculated by our online shopping cart are estimated costs. If we determine the actual shipping cost to be significantly higher than the estimated cost, we will contact and inform you of the actual shipping cost prior to charging and shipping your order.

International Shipping Restrictions We do not ship motorized or electrically (line) powered equipment outside of the US.
We will not falsify customs documents on international shipments – it is a US federal and international crime to do so. So please don’t ask us to claim your purchases as gifts, commercial samples, or to undervalue your purchases on customs documents.
